Dissemination
Program directors at PCDI dissemination sites have conducted a year-long training residency at PCDI. During this time, intensive training is provided related to clinical programming, program administration, and staff training.
These sites must acquire sufficient funding sources, work under the mentorship of seasoned PCDI professionals and make modifications and adjustments to the program as needed while maintaining the model (Townsend et al., 2019).
